I’m Micah (They/Them), an A-CSPO product leader with a passion for turning complex challenges into simple, loveable products. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across product and project management, quality assurance, and leadership. My experience has given me an in-depth view of how great teams create great products. I’ve created this portfolio to share my experiences, and approaches to product management.

Here’s a quick summary of my journey so far:

• I’ve led products from concept to delivery, including taking a short-form content platform from idea to launch, scaling it to over 3M monthly users.
• I thrive when working cross-functionally finding alignment across engineering, UX, QA, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable and impactful results.
• My background in QA sharpened my eye for detail, while my time as a product manager honed my ability to advocate for the customer and balance competing priorities.
• I’ve worked in fast-moving, high-compliance industries where innovation and responsibility had to coexist, and I carry that responsibility into every role.

How I Work

At my core, I’m a people-first product manager. I believe the best results come from empowered, collaborative teams that feel supported, trusted, and connected to a clear vision. My approach centers on:

• Product management: Setting strategy, refining vision, and translating customer needs into roadmaps, milestones, and user stories.
• Agile leadership: Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to keep teams aligned and moving predictably.
• Customer advocacy: Bringing data, insights, and storytelling together to ensure solutions truly meet user needs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Building bridges between technical and non-technical teams so that everyone has the context and clarity they need.

I also believe in rapid iteration, clear communication, and never losing sight of the “why” behind the work.
